I recently worked with OkCupid on their DTF campaign, which empowers women to flip the otherwise derogatory term to make it something that women are *really* down for! One of my DTF moments is 'Down To Find Inspiration in Art'. I shot the campaign imagery at the National Gallery of Art with Arielle, and it made me think of the Museum Hack tour I did a few years ago. I still remember the tour to be SO fun and is PERFECT for a date! I decided to re-share my experience and give some inspo for a potential date idea whether you're going on that first OkCupid date, or looking for something fun and different to do with your longtime significant other!

Have you ever been somewhere that blows your mind? Its been awhile since I've experienced that feeling, but after yesterday's Glenstone Museum media preview, that feeling hit me hard.

The Glenstone Museum is located in Potomac, MD on over 200 acres of land and is considered one of the finest collections of modern and contemporary art in the world. On October 4, 2018, Glenstone will be opening its doors for the unveiling of their newest building- The Pavilions- which will make Glenstone the largest private museum in America. I had the amazing opportunity to experience The Pavilions yesterday with my friend and fellow DC influencer, Timur Tugberk (also check out his Crea...

I wrote today's blog post a bit tongue in cheek, as a I'm taking the main visual of this post a bit literally <at first glance>, but I mean for it to be humorous.

Over the weekend, I attended the Hirshhorn Spring Gala that was 1980s themed. The theme matched the exhibit, Brand New: Art and Commodity in the 80's, which just closed on Sunday. The exhibit featured famous artists from the 80's such as Jeff Koons, who also was the gala honoree. Before the gala, I hit the Hirshhorn to get some inspiration for my gala outfit, and feel the 80s vibes.

I previously  knew of the pictured artwork, reading Eat Sugar Spend Money, by Jessica Diamond, called T.V. Telepathy....

Last week I was invited to a preview of the Spirit of Autumn at the new art phenom, ARTECHOUSE. ARTECHOUSE is the first technology based  innovate art space in DC. The exhibits are completely immersive and interactive with viewers, making everyone part of the art. The space opened over the summer with the XYZT: Abstract Landscapes, which I unfortunately didn't get to see. When I saw the preview invite for the newest exhibit, entitled Spirit of Autumn,  I jumped on the opportunity to go.

The Spirit of Autumn is just what it sounds like- an art installation dedicated to fall. The gallery showcases a 270 degree wall projection with trees, leaves, and even an interact...

One of my favorite things about Paris, as you may have read in The Parisian Dream post, is simply wandering the streets. Getting lost in this gorgeous mecca of culture and history seriously makes my heart soar. I could stare at the Paris architecture all day. The tall windows with shutters and marvelous entrances sing a song of wonder and charm to my soul. While walking the streets of Paris, I daydreamed of living in the buildings, of staring out onto the view of the city from my terrance, and even imagined my cat, Chloe, perched in the windowsill. How perfect for Paris.
