Time flies when you’re having fun. That is the NYFW motto, for sure. I can’t believe its been 1 week since I was in NYC enjoying fashion everything. As you may have read in my post last week, NYFW is so much fun, but it isn’t all glamour and fun. There are some downsides to it, but hey, I’m not complaining- I take it as all part of the experience. Today I’m talking about my third NYFW experience with some tips on attending, along with the details of my favorite outfit of the weekend!

NYFW Day 2, Part II continued.....

After The Curvy Con ended, I went directly to the location for the Philipp Plein show to get in line. While I had been invited to the show (a fashion miracle!) I was never assigned a seat and I was scared this would mean I wouldn't be let in. So, I showed up over an hour before the show started to get in line. Luckily, Tonya Michelle has texted me that she was also going to the show, so we were able to stand in line together. The experience arriving to the show was nuts. Today's post is inspired by the one and only street artist, Mr. Brainwash. I have been following his work since 2010 when I stumbled upon one of his art shows in a warehouse in the NYC Meatpacking District. The old warehouse was converted into an inspirational, mind opening playground of spattered paint and unique pop art featuring celebrities, world influencers, and meaningful words. The upbeat vibe of this show has always stuck with me and I love the positive meaning of Mr. Brainwash's work.
