I rarely ever wear suits to work anymore. I work in a more relaxed setting, with the day-to-day attire being business casual. That said, there are some days that I want to dress up. Also for my personal blog meetings, I always like to show up looking professional but obviously stylish.

I have pretty much gotten rid of all of my old plain and boring suits, and my go-to attire for work is a fun, but professional dress. When I saw the ELOQUII lilac oversized blazer and wide leg crop set, I had to have it. "How fun!," I thought. The outfit is professional enough to be worn in the workplace, yet fun enough to be worn for outside meetings, travel, or anything else in between...

For as much as I love color, I still find myself going back to my #allblackeverything ways from time to time. At one point, almost everything I had was all black and I barely wore color. The past year I decided to embrace more colors into my closet and its been a positive change for me. That said, there is still something about wearing an all black outfit that is so classic and chic to me.

While the holidays are all about red and green and gold and silver and everything sparkly, I totally get that those don't always fit everyone's personal style. You all know I love all sequins everything, but I get that isn't everyone's cup of tea. When I was putting this outfit toget...

Can you guys believe December is here? Seriously, where did the time go??? As we near the end of 2017, I have to say I'm sad to see the year go, as it was an unbelievably great year, but I'm also looking forward to what 2018 has to offer.

Today's post is going to be short and sweet. This week turned out to be way busier than I anticipated and I didn't have the time to document all my posts for the week as planned, so next week there will be a whole influx of new content- YAY! Before I get into the FAB Friday feature, I do want to point out a new edit to the menu of my blog- Holidays 2017! From this tab, you can view my latest Holiday Style Picks and Holiday Gift Guides...

Hahaha, you all know I had to title this post with a pun! Today's post is total pearl-fection, staring a trend item that is quickly gaining traction- pearls. Pearl embellishments are popping up everywhere recently, and I'm not mad about it. Being born in June, the pearl is my birthstone <well one of them, I guess Gemini's get 2 gemstones, lol> and I find pearls to be beautiful and their creation in oysters is unique and intriguing to me.

I started to notice the pearl trend over the spring/summer when both Zara and ELOQUII came out with pearl embellished sandals. The trend soon worked its way from shoes to clothing, and they're now everywhere. I rec...

Halloween has passed, Thanksgiving is right around the corner, and stores are already decked out in holiday spirit. I know some people get so annoyed with Christmas displays popping up before Thanksgiving, but in all honesty- I love it.

In addition to the glittering holiday displays in stores, the clothing racks are packed with all things sequin and glitzy- my absolute fave. Sequins has always been a favorite of mine, and I love how much sequin is embraced for the holidays.  Sequin + Holidays truly go hand in hand, and is the perfect time to go all out and get decked out for holiday parties and events.

To prepare for the season of glitz & glamour (althou...
