Fab Friday is here and I couldn't be more excited for the weekend. Not only am I hitting Illusions tonight for a hair treatment (I really like going there, especially for treatments because I get to sit and relax with my eyes closed for like 20 min while the treatment sits, lol- so its relaxing time for me!), but its my birthday weekend! Woop Woop! On Sunday, I'm hitting 33 and I'm welcoming it with brunch at Le Diplomate, which I've never been to, but have been dying to go since I can remember!
To celebrate some of my fave things (purses!), today I'm featuring a new bag that I am simply loving from the Elaine Turner brand. I have been a long time fan of Elaine Turner and absolutely adore the products. I am drawn to Elaine Turner for the vibrant colors, feminine styles, and fun purses! When the opportunity opened to work with the brand, I jumped at it and was so stoked to pick out my very own Elaine Turner Shelly bag! The Shelly bag is one of their highlighted summer products and after receiving the bag, I see why.
The bag looks gorgeous online, but holy smokes is it even better in person. As someone who prefers in-person shopping, rather than online (I like to see and touch the products before I buy them!), I was so impressed with the quality of this bag when I opened the box. I love when this happens with an online order, and Elaine Turner certainly did not disappoint! The bag comes in four colors- Metallic Python, Navy, Snake Cork, and Ivory Snake, and I opted for the Metallic Python, because 1- metallic, and 2- its very rare I meet an animal print I don't like, and 3- I don't have a python print purse! I also didn't have a round purse, so I was very excited about its shape, too, for something different.
The Shelly purse is seriously beautiful. Its designed perfectly and I love that it has a great tassel detail on the zipper as well as the shoulder strap that add a playful touch. The shape is fun and trendy and it although it looks small, it can hold so much stuff! It even fits my Nikon camera! I have been wearing it non stop and I love how it can be matched with a ton of different outfits and go from day to play in no time at all! I'm really digging the python print too, and its metallic sheen finishes the bag off nicely.
