Ok, talk about FAB FRIDAY! I’m still pumped up from the most fun party I attended last night with Segura Viudas. The event, Segura Haus DC, was a party to promote the brand’s award-winning Spanish sparkling Brut and Rose Cava at Heist nightclub & lounge in DC.
I attended the event with friends and fellow influencers Sarah of District Damsel, Catherine of Dreamy Realist, Marisa of DC Style Factory, and Yvette of Illusions of Georgetown, and we partied with Lacey of A Lacey Perspective throughout the night. I was excited and amped for a girls night out, but I had no idea going into the event how much fun this was really going to be!
Upon arrival to Segura Haus DC, we were greeted with a mini bottle of Segura Viudas Brut or Rose Cava and tons of fun energy and vibes. There was a DJ spinning, promo girls in Lady Gaga-esque bubble outfits (get it, for the sparkling Cava), passed hors d’oeuvres, a photo booth, and the Cava was flowing. My favorite thing about the event was the herb wall, where there was a selection of fresh mint, cilantro, and basil leaves that you could pick and take to the bar for a specialized drink that used the herb you selected. I selected mint for my choice, and the drink was fantastic! I thought it was such a cool and unique touch! The atmosphere at the Segura Haus DC event was so vibrant and fun, I have to say it is at the top of my list of brand events I’ve been to.
The best thing about the event is I was able to try the Segura Viudas Brut and Rose Cava, and I loved both! Both were delightful and I am considering this my new go-to for bubbles. The cava is SUPER affordable at about $12/bottle for the Rose Cava and $7/bottle for the Brut Cava. It is also easily available in local Safeway, Harris Teeter, and Total Wine stores in VA and in DC you can find it at a number of local liquor stores and Safeway. With Galentines & Valentines coming up, the Rose Cava in particular would be a perfect touch to any parties or events!
