Todays post is short and sweet. I had full plans of writing a post for International Women's Day on March 8, however I wasn't able to post one in time because.... life. This month has been insanely busy thus far, but its better to be busy than not, so I'm counting my blessings.

Yesterday I got the idea for todays post after coming across an article I randomly landed on from Harper's Bazaar. I found it after googling the exact wording for a Maya Angelou quote I used in yesterday's post, and it spoke to me. The article - 35 Inspiring Quotes About Empowerment for Women - shares some powerful words spoken from the mouths of many women I admire or look up to. My favorites are from Maya Angelou and Hillary Clinton:

The article made me feel great and thankful that we have strong women leaders who have paved the way for change that we as women deserve.
