I know it sounds weird to say, but I sometimes feel the most attractive when I am in a fully covered outfit. This past winter I literally lived in a black turtleneck, black leather skirt, black tights, and boots, and I gotta say- although no skin was exposed, I felt like a boss. The same goes for suits. I own a handful of suits from ELOQUII (their suits are the best!) and after an event last night where I wore the Beyonce inspired suit from the Apesh*t video, and felt like a true boss bitch, I was inspired to write today's post. Plus, I just got in photos from a session last week with Arielle *in* a brand new ELOQUII suit, so everything fell into place.

At NYFW in February, suits were everywhere. Like, EVERYWHERE. I'm actually mad at myself for not wearing more suits during fashion week. Its a trend that is here, and one that is going to stay. I originally got hooked on suits last spring (also thanks to ELOQUII), with the lavender over-sized suit I wore on repeat. Since then, I have written many accolades on BITD about suits, and my love for them continues to grow (proof here and here).

I truly feel unstoppable in an amazing suit. Like no one can tell me no. I mean, would you say no to a woman on a mission in a fabulous suit? I didn't think so. I walk taller and feel like a badass confident chick in suits, and if you haven't tried wearing one yet in- or- out of the office, I think you're missing out. I also love that while suits are more covering, you can spice them up by wearing only a lacy bra or sheer top under the blazer for nights out! It's been my go-to lately!
